This photo!!! Picture on the left was taken 2017. Picture on the right was taken 2018 (one year apart). In the 2017 photo, I was struggling. I had just been through my biggest medical hurdle yet. My life had been saved but I didn’t recognize the body I was living in. Yet, each day I was told and reminded to celebrate being alive (it truly was a miracle). The picture on the right is a much happier celebration. I worked hard to regain “me.” My physical and mental body. I still celebrate life but now with my confidence. Plus, my shirt says it all- ALUM!
