My lovely sister-in-law asked me what.Thai food is my favorite.  It’s really very hard for me to find a good answer because I LOVE all Thai food!! Today I will give you my favorite Thai food I cook at home for my kid and my husband. They love it; it’s health food!!

30  : Chinese long beans, chopped into one inch pieces
2 tbsp : roasted peanuts

Tips : My food has no rules.   If you don’t like something, you don’t have to add them!
If you do not have a set of mortar and pestle, mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve. Use crushed almonds or cashew nuts instead of peanuts in case of peanut allergy. Som tum is usually served with barbecue chicken and steamed white glutinous rice.

Cook from the Heart! Cook from Love!! It is the best food in the world!! Enjoy!!
