Sarin’s Thai: Clams!


Serves 4


Curry paste

2-1/2 lbs. of Manilla clams

2 Tbs. Thai curry paste

1 Tbs. Lime

1/2 cup coconut water

2 cups water

For Spicy, add 2 crushed chili peppers


1.  Take a big bowl, wash clams and sit them in cold water for 15 minutes.

2.  Use a wok to stir ingredients together and add Coconut water and regular water

3. Boil water with ingredients high, add clams.

4. Cook for  5 minutes until they open.  Remove from stove, place in beautiful bowl,  and discard clams that do not open.
