Thailand Recipe: Spicy Catfish. 

 Wash catfish thoroughly. Then cut into pieces *

Pepper 5-10 tablets (depending on preference). *

Chili 3-5 tablets (cut Ricochet). *

Basil 50 g *

Fresh pepper seed beads 10-15

Correspondents 20 g *

1 lemon tree *

2 shallots head *

6 cloves garlic *

1 teaspoon shredded kaffir lime skin. *

1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste *

2-3 coriander roots *

1 teaspoon sugar *

1 tablespoon fish sauce *

vegetable oil

1. Pound the garlic, shallot, chili, lemongrass, coriander root, kaffir lime skin and paste together. (Or use a blender ).

2. Set the pan over medium heat. Put chili (Prepared in Step 2) and stir until fragrant. Then add the fish and stir fry until almost cooked.

3. correspondents, chili pepper and stir tablets. Season with fish sauce and sugar, then add the basil and stir for a few minutes then remove from heat.

4. Spoon into dishes and serve immediately with steamed rice.
