Serving Therapy/Love: Dr. Russell Clayton

Aristotle believed walks in the open air brought clarity to his mind. Darwin, Tesla, and Einstein each walked in gardens and groves to inspire their ideas. When you walk in nature it’s as if you’re wearing rose-colored glasses. In nature everything is a little brighter, more positive, and there’s a lot more connectedness to Source Energy. In nature your brain tend to rest and thoughts will diminish. It’s common to feel refreshed, energized, and inspired outdoors. This sequence happens every time you watch a take a nature walk, experience a beautiful sunset, listen to birds chirping, hear the pouring rain, or appreciate a beautiful landscape. Nature scenes pull us into the dimension of Presence and joy.

We as men need to begin to look at women beyond their physical attributes. The Creator made women first, so for as long as we men continue to obsess over women’s body parts alone, we will never appreciate their incredible inner treasure. Women are not a playground for the sexual gratification of men, they are the fruit and salvation of the planet. Through their divine feminine nature and mother instincts, women have long represented the soul of nations. A goddess is empowered by her divine nature and spreads her love and light to all those around her. To respect her is to love her.
